After several researches I was able to recover the package ... once again GLS proved to be an unserious and unprofessional company... their steps for delivery were without receipt... so I had no reference where the package was... while on the Gls App there were 3 steps in my home... I repeat without issuing receipt (total lack of professionalism)... I lost hours looking for the shipment receiving little cooperation (Gls)... I have to review the trust towards Banggood... definitely serious and proffessional company... but that unfortunately has some They're not up to the task that limits their trust...

Dopo varie ricerche sono riuscito a recuperare il pacco ...ancora una volta GLS si è dimostrata un'azienda poco seria e poco professionale ...i loro passaggi per la consegna erano privi di ricevuta ...quindi io non avevo riferimenti di dove fosse il pacco...mentre sull App Gls risultavano 3 passaggi nel mio domicilio...ripeto senza rilascio di ricevuta (totale mancanza di professionalità) ...ho perso ore alla ricerca della spedizione ricevendo poca collaborazione(Gls)...devo rivedere la fiduccia verso Banggood ...sicuramente azienda seria e proffessionale ...ma che purtroppo ha dei collaboratori non all'altezza che ne limitano la fiduccia ...
